Visiting the Surgery

Dear Patients

We are seeing a considerable increase in Covid-19, flu and colds. This is affecting our staffing levels and ability to provide services to our patients.

We are therefore asking all patients who visit the surgery to wear masks/face coverings.

If you have any of the following symptoms please do not visit the surgery unless requested to do so by a member of our staff:

  • high temperature/fever.
  • coughs
  • sore throats
  • nausea/vomiting
  • diarrhoea
  • muscle aches.
  • headaches
  • changes to sense of taste or smell.
  • a rash

For information: Although covid testing and restrictions for those who have symptoms have been relaxed for the general public, in healthcare, staff who are symptomatic of covid-19 still have to test. If they have a positive test their ability to work is restricted regardless of severity of their symptoms.
